After a slightly sluggish run in the Na Fianna tournament during the summer, Cappagh u10 Footballers got back to winning ways in Leixlip on Saturday. From the start they showed the courage and skill of champions. With early scores from forwards Brian McNally and Jack Mulligan, Cappagh were well in control at the break. Despite a brave fight back by Leixlip in the second half, an outstanding performance by Josh Lovely was a major factor, making life very difficult for the home side. One second half point for Leixlip wasn't enough to stop the Cappagh dominance of the game. Overall a great team performance from Cappagh. Result: Cappagh 8-9 Leixlip 0-2.
