Hard luck to our U15 girl’s football who were defeated by Naas last night in the league semi-final. The girls fought back hard after trailing Naas by 9 points at one stage. They pulled it back to 3 points only for Naas to go down and score 2 goals in quick succession and this followed by a knee injury to Katie O'Connor essentially killed the fight back and the tie. Final Score Naas 3-6 Cappagh 1-2. Congrats to the girls and the management team involved. They had some great games and crucial fight backs in their campaign.
